We're talking about Van Cleef & Arpels, a French jewellery, watch, and perfume company that was founded in 1896 by Alfred Van Cleef and his uncle Salomon Arpels. They opened their first boutique in 1906 at 22place Vendôme, Paris. Van Cleef & Arpels are renowned for their expertise in precious stones and have won particular acclaim for a groundbreaking gem-setting procedure known as the Mystery Setting.
As you might have understood from the title, this post is about Nature, and how it's present in the fashion world nowadays. Obviously, we should highlight the Prada S/S 2013, in which we can find lots of flowers on purses, coats, shoes, jewels, etc.
From the pictures, you can see the undeniable contrast between the purity of a flower, and the fur coats.
But Prada's not the only one who thought about creating a new collection with the theme of nature.
